Trying to make the world better, one little bit at a time.
Farm kid from the prairies, I grew up exploring the outdoors. The desire to make a difference led me to get a Honours degree in Environmental Management, specializing in conservation and habitat management. Then followed that with a Masters of Science in Forestry, specializing in remote sensing.
Currently, I work for the Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area, Parks Canada.
In my spare time, I love hiking and exploring the trails, good music, nerding out about sci-fi and good reads, as well as creating artwork.
